Terms and Conditions

Deposit + Payment to confirm booking
Damages and loss of materials to be replaced by hiree.
Bond returned within 7 days after event is complete given the cart is in the same condition it was handed over
Bond returned only when passing collection inspection.
Rental agreement has to be signed on day of event
More T&C's explained on rental agreement. Client will receive a copy of this.
In the event if change if plans/cancellation. There will be a full refund with more than 7 days notice.
Less than 7 days notice will be a loss of the deposit.
Less than 72 hours notice will be non-refunable.
Food - Subject to availability and can be substituted with equivalent.
Delivery & Collection within 15km from Silverlakes, further R15 p/km
